Terms of Service

-Prices are subject to change depending on complexity of character designs.

-To contact me for a commission, email me at nalem29@gmail.com.

-When commissioning me, provide all of the information of everything you want in as much detail as you have available(reference pics if available) and I’ll give you a quote.

-Please be sure if you give me a reference, make sure everything is clearly visible. (i.e. hair, eyes, clothes). I shall take creative license to fill in missing details.

-I only accept payment via Paypal. Sorry guys! My paypal email is nalem29[AT]gmail.com. If you desire a commission, pay me after I give you price.

-I start on commissions soon as you pay me, unless noted otherwise. I require full payment before I start anything. In case you need it rushed, it’s an additional $10 charge.

-I’ll keep you posted on the estimated time of completion for a commission. I must ask to not harass me. I keep my word and I do my work. If however, you need it done in a rush, it’s an additional $10 charge for rush delivery. Animation, however, is not available for rush delivery.

-I’ll send you a digital copy at web resolution of the drawing  (72 DPI.) If you prefer a specific file format (e.g. gif, jpeg, png) let me know. I do not provide the original files (PSD, SWF, etc.) unless it’s required for specific jobs.

-I am usually ok with drawing most things. If you’re curious, ask me at nalem29@gmail.com.

-Refunds can be delivered only if I haven’t started drawing yet. If I have started, it all depends on how far I am. If it’s still in sketch stage, you’ll be refunded half.  If I’m in final line art, there are no refunds.

-Once a commission is complete, there are no refunds.

-Being kept up to date with works in progress must be arranged.

-I’ll only provide TWO small tweeks to the drawing  for free. (i.e. eyes are a different color, nose is too big) But large modifications will cost extra.

- If you pay for one job, you get that one job in full. If you change your mind in the middle of a commission and want to use some of your money for another job, (i.e. you paid for a full color commission, but decided to change to a lineart and mini) I will not stop the current job in progress; I can make you something else, but you must pay for it in full.

-If you order a line art drawing, pay it in full, you can pay the difference to have it colored later. Just know, I will not tweak the original drawing.

-After two days of completion, I will not go back and make adjustments on a commission.

-You’re more than welcome to share my work, just be sure to credit me. :)

-I retain all the rights to the to the commissioned artwork. (Not the characters, just the art) Rights for the art can be negotiated for an additional fee. You may not profit off the work without the rights to it.
